“Washington Plaza”

The real estate developers who purchased this run-down building needed a finished image of the “Washington Plaza” project in order to present their plans to potential tenants and the city council. Well before redevelopment actually took place, a design concept for the facade of the building was created. Marker and colored pencil were used to generate a classic, rendered look– imparting a personable flair to the image.
