| Our order form will help you organize and price your order. Complete the order
form by selecting your garment, color and sizes. Choose our embroidery or screen-printed
process and how many colors are in your design. Add personalized names and numbers
by typing a list corresponding to a garment size and color. Submit your completed
order, artwork and payment to Designzoo. If you have any questions or need help,
call 612.789.4321. A confirmation of your order and color proof will be emailed,
faxed or mailed to you for your approval. Sign your order confirmation and proof
and return it to Designzoo to initiate production. After we receive your written
approval and payment, it will take approximately 5-10 business days to complete
your order.
Sizing
Standard adult sized artwork will fit youth sizes 10-12 through adult 3XL.
Apparel smaller than youth 10-12 will require a different sized set-up,
thus additional set-up charges.
Personalization
Names,
numbers and icon indicators must be typed in a list corresponding
to a garment size and color. For example, “ Green 2XL,
Bob Smith, 88, Icon: D-HKY ”. Send your list to art@designzoo.com
or fax to 612.379.0700.
Shipping
All orders are shipped via UPS ground unless otherwise requested. Please allow
an additional 3-5 business days for transit.
Payment
We accept cash, Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, money orders
and checks.
The Designzoo Guarantee
If your order is not printed or embroidered as you approved it, we will reprint
it for free.

Color
Color represented in our catalogs and online are only a close representation
of the actual color. Just about any color can be screen printed or embroidered.
Custom “close match” colors can be mixed just for you at no-charge.
We can prepare an exact Pantone® color match for $50.
Samples
Sample garments are available upon request. If you do not complete an order
or do not return the sample, you will be billed for the sample. Printed
or embroidered design samples are available after you place your total
order. A $25 per color sample charge is required due to labor costs involved
in setting up our printing presses for one sample.
Reorders
If you place a reorder for the same exact design within 2 months after your
initial order, we will waive our reset charge. If you place an exact order
after 2 months, a reset-up charge of $10 per color applies.
Garment Information & Care
100% Cotton garments are preshrunk so shrinkage is minimal. However, they will
shrink in a very hot dryer. Some fading of your design may occur over a period
of time. For maximum garment and design life, wash your garments inside out
in cold water and hang dry or dry in a low temperature dryer.
